Demand Management Community Education Program undertaken by Bushlight, the energy division of the Centre for Appropriate Technology, in remote Indigenous communities in South Australia where the Remote Area Energy Scheme (RAES) operates. The program which ran between October 2012 and July 2013, developed a deeper understanding of energy use in the area and rolled out an appropriate energy education program designed to raise awareness and encourage safe and smart energy use in Indigenous homes in these communities.
